Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425'F.
  2. Warm the garlic and olive oil in the oven for a few minutes just to blend the flavors.
  3. In the meantime mix together the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil/garlic mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until no longer pink and the juices run clear.
