Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Oven: 350 F/180 deg Celsius.
  2. Roll a ham slice around each banana.
  3. Put into a greased oven dish.
  4. Make a white sauce by mixing together the cornflour, mustard, butter and milk, and adding some salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bring to a boil while stirring. Cover the bananas and ham with the white sauce.
  6. Sprinkle over the grated cheddar. Bake until pale golden brown.
