Summer Mixed Berry Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange zest

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the berries.
  2. Add orange juice and zest. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Spoon berries into 2 glass dishes. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
