Summer Green Tomato Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 teasp. salt
  • 1/2 teasp. sugar
  • 1/8 teasp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut out stem end of tomatos and slice 1/2 in. thick
  2. Combine dry ingredients
  3. Coat tomatos with mixture
  4. Heat oil to 365 degrees
  5. Place single layer of slices in skillet
  6. Cook til tender
  7. Browning on both sides
