Sugared Peanuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan, combine sugar, water, maple flavoring and peanuts.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat for 20 minutes, until almost all the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Spread into a greased 15x10 inch sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, stirring a few times.
  6. Cool completely.
