Sugar Free Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups pamelas ultimate baking and pancake mix
  • 1/3 cup erythritol

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and Erythritol, then add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Add Pamela's mix, chocolate chips, and nuts.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to set while on cookie sheet for 5 minutes after removing them from the oven.
