Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar substitute & coconut extract in medium bowl with mixer til smooth.
  2. Stir in coconut.
  3. Refrigerate until slightly firm, above 20 mins.
  4. Place grated chocolate in shallow bowl
  5. For each candy, shape scant 1 TBSP of the mixture into 1 ball.
  6. Rolls balls in chocolate.
  7. Store in refrigerator.
