Ingredients:

  • crust
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • filling
  • 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • topping
  • either chopped nuts, or miniature chocolate chips.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Stir the crust ingredients together.
  3. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Mix filling ingredients together well.
  5. Get all the cream cheese lumps out.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with the topping of your choice.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until filling is set & lightly brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting.
