Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375. Coat a 9x9 casserole or deep baking dish with cooking spray
  2. In a large bowl,combine the butter,sugar,lemon juice,cinnamon,allspice,nutmeg and salt. Add the apples and toss to coat. Transfer the apples to the casserole dish;set aside
  3. In food processor,combine cookie dough and oats. Pulse several times or till mixture resembles coarse,wet sand. Use your hands to sprinkle the mixture over the apples.
  4. Bake for 20-25 mins. or till topping is lightly browned and the apples bubble. Let cool slightly before serving.
