Ingredients:

  • 8 cup stale breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sage
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine 1st 4 ingredients in large bowl. Set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add to bread . Stir in broth, oil, eggs, mixing well. Pour into 3 quart greased pan. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered
