Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler for 10 minutes.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, soup mix, and cheeses to a small mixing bowl; stir until well blended.
  4. Put the oysters on the baking sheet.
  5. Loosen them from their shells with a small knife.
  6. Sprinkle a dash or two of the Tabasco sauce over each oyster.
  7. Top the oyster with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
  8. Broil the oysters for about 4 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately.
