  1. Filling: melt butter in skillet add onion cook 4min add mushrooms, thyme, and salt cook until liquid evaporates cool Burgers: divide meat into 8 portions shape into 3 1/2 patties spoon quarter filling in center and spreand leaving 1/2 border top with another patty and pinch together.
  2. Flatten.
  3. Cover and chill in freezer 15minutes season sides with salt and pepper grill 6-8 minutes per side top with cheese during last 4 minutes grill rolls.
  4. 2min serve burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
