Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Halve peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Grate pepperoni
  4. Grate cheese
  5. Mix pepperoni and cheese with enough pizza sauce to create a meatloaf type mixture.
  6. Stuff peppers with mixture and top with remaining sauce.
  7. Add some remaining cheese on top and bake until peppers are soft about 35-40 minutes.
  8. Sorry there are no precise measurements but this is one of those recipes that you just throw together based on the number of people you are sharing with. I have used whatever cheese I have on hand and sometimes get too lazy to grate the pepperoni so just slice it julienne style. I honestly don't think it's possible to screw it up!
