  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. CORE PEPPERS AND HALVE LENGTHWISE, BOIL TIL TENDER ABOUT 5 MIN. MIX BEEF,ONION,RICE, SALT AND PEPPER,GARLIC AND 1/4 C. SOUP.(UNDILUTED) FILL PEPPERS WITH MIX. IN 2 QT. CASSEROLE PUT ENOUGH SOUP IN BOTTOM TO COVER. ADD PEPPERS. MIX WATER AND REMAINING SOUP. POUR OVER PEPPERS. COVER AND MICROWAVE 10 MIN. TRANSFER TO PREHEATED 350* OVEN ( COVER WITH FOIL ) COOK 45-60 MIN.
