Strawberry Swirl

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 (85 g) package jell-o strawberry jelly powder
  • 1 (250 g) package kraft regular marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream , whipped

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle sugar over fresh berries and let stand for 30 minutes. Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Drain juice from berries and add cold water to make 1 cup liquid. Stir into jelly and chill until partially set.
  2. Melt marshmallllows in milk over low heat, stirring well. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Add berries to partially set jelly.
  4. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Gently swirl jelly through marshmallow cream.
  5. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill for 2 hours - .
