Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries and sugar. Add cream cheese in small pieces. Process until very smooth. Add the milk; mix well. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch shallow baking pan. Place in a freezer for 2 hours or until partially frozen.
  2. Cut into pieces. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Return to the pan and freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Before serving, cut into pieces and process again just until creamy.
