Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Directions:

  1. Bring 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and cool.
  2. Process cooled sugar mixture, strawberries, and juices in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour into 12 (1/4-cup) plastic pop molds. Insert plastic pop sticks, and freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  3. Strawberry Freeze: Prepare sugar mixture, and cool. Process strawberries and juices in a blender until smooth. Stir together cooled sugar mixture and strawberry mixture in a freezer-safe container; freeze at least 3 hours. Spoon into bowls.
