Ingredients:

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan.
  2. Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of pan.
  3. Combine strawberries with dry gelatin; set aside.
  4. In large bowl, combine rest of ingredients; beat 3 minutes with mixer, medium speed.
  5. Pour over marshmallows.
  6. Spoon strawberry mixture over batter.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until golden brown; cool.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
