Ingredients:

  • 150 ml cream
  • 300 ml strawberry juice (with at least 50% real strawberries)
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream until floaty stiff.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Place the mixture into your ice cream making machine and churn and freeze regarding your ice cream making machine instructors manual.
  5. Freeze or enjoy immediately.
