Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Puree strawberries in a blender.
  2. Whisk eggs and oil in a small bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Add the strawberries to the flour mix and beat well with a spoon.
  5. Add the egg and oil and beat well.
  6. Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 325 for 70 minutes.
  8. Remove loaf from pan 5 minutes after taking the loaf from the oven and cool completely on a rack.
