Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oil

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt; combine with sugar.
  2. Make a well in center of mixture; put eggs, strawberries, oil, and nuts in well and stir until moistened.
  3. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
