Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whip cream cheese until softened.
  2. Gradually add cream until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Next stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add powdered sugar to taste.
  5. Wash and hull the strawberries and place in a separate bowl.
  6. Keep berries and cream mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  7. When serving, dish the strawberries into individual serving dishes, such as bowls or goblets.
  8. Spoon the cream over the berries and serve!
  9. May garnish with a mint leave if desired.
