Stir Fry Broccoli Florets With Garlic And Roasted ...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet til just about smoking
  2. Add broccoli and cook 30 seconds stirring
  3. Add red pepper cook 30 seconds stirring
  4. Add minced garlic (and red pepper juice if using jarred roasted red pepper)
  5. Cook 1 minute stirring so things don;t burn (don't forget to stir!)
  6. Add salt or lemon pepper and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  7. Remove from heat when florets are consistency you want (they should be somewhat crunchy)
  8. That's it!
