Directions:

  1. Steam tofu, bok choy and shitake mushrooms for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Combine Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil and water in a bowl, whisk together.
  3. Pour sauce mix over steamed tofu and vegetables.
