Ingredients:

  • 1 pint canning jar
  • enough fresh st johns wort flowers to fill the jar
  • 1 vitamin e capsule

Directions:

  1. Fill jar with flowers. Then fill with olive oil to cover flowers. Cover with lid and shake daily for 2 weeks. Strain out the flowers and add 1 vitamin e capsule to help preserve the oil.
  2. Use on sore muscles.
