Ingredients:

  • 5 or 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp anise oil

Directions:

  1. Add powdered sugar. Stir in melted butter, anise oil and baking powder. Add enough flour for correct consistency to roll out. Chill dough about 10 minutes. Roll out and let stand overnight. Cut into cookies and bake at 425 degrees about 8 minutes.
