Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin.
  3. Stir until ice is completely melted.
  4. Remove 2 cups of gelatin; place in a small bowl.
  5. Refrigerate 5 minutes or until gelatin is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  6. Carefully spoon into crust. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, add 2 cups of the whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  8. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mix is thick and will mound.
  9. Carefully spoon over gelatin layer in crust.
  10. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm.
  11. Serve with remaining whipped topping. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
