Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200% Celsius.
  2. Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat egg.
  4. Rub in butter, mix in beaten egg to form a soft dough.
  5. Beat the second egg , then press out dough into a circle and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Chop the spring onions, slice the garlic and halve and pit the black olives.
  7. Sprinkle the dough with the spring onions, garlic and black olives.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
