Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat the whole eggs until thick and light.
  2. Add milk and lemon extract and beat in sugar.
  3. Add flour which has been sifted with the baking powder and salt.
  4. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the cookie sheet.
  5. Drop or shape about the size of a quarter with a pastry tube on the parchment paper or buttered cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes depending on your over. Yield about 6 dozen cookies.
