Spinach Salad with Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. -Salad-.
  2. Boil eggs and chop.
  3. Wash spinach well and dry, tear into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl combine spinach, onion, celery, eggs, salt and pepper.
  5. Chill well.
  6. Just before serving pour garlic dressing over salad and toss lightly.
  7. Garnish with capers.
  8. -Dressing-.
  9. Combine all ingriedients and puree with moulinex or hand blender.
