  1. Cook spinach. Drain, cool and squeeze dry. Melt butter in 13 x
  2. 9 glass or metal baking pan.
  3. Beat eggs and mix in milk, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix
  4. Well. Stir in minced onion, grated sharp cheddar cheese and the
  5. Spinach. Pour into the buttered pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F.
  6. Chill and cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm. Reheat in oven or
  7. Microwave. Freezes well.
