Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Saute in hot oil the spinach and borage, the hairy texture disappears from the young leaves when cooked. Just stir fry till wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
