Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Mix very well.
  2. Form into 8 patties 2 1/2 inches across and 3/4 inch thick.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  4. Add patties and cook without crowding, until golden brown on the bottom, about 4 minutes.
  5. Turn and cook until browned on second side 3-4 minutes.
