Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour Beef Broth into large pot and put on medium heat, add 1/4 stick of butter.
  2. Add Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to desired taste.
  3. Brown the beef in a pan and slice into 1/2 in cubes and set aside
  4. Cook chicken in same pan, using the juice to marinate, and slice into 1/2 in cubes.
  5. Dice potatoes into 1 in cubes, and throw into pot of broth.
  6. Cut Bell Peppers and Onion into desired size and throw into pot of broth.
  7. De-seed Chili Peppers and add to broth as well.
  8. Clean and slice carrots into 1/2 in segments and add to broth.
  9. Add diced beef and chicken to broth, and stir into mixture.
  10. Reduce heat to low and let stew for 2 1/2 hours, stirring often.
  11. Add shrimp after 2 hour mark, as to not over flavor the stew w/ shrimp.
