Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water in a large pot on high flame.
  2. Once the water has boiled, put the shark fish in it.
  3. Cover the pot with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Now, remove the skin of the shark and wash the shark well to make sure its clean.
  5. Apply salt and turmeric powder to the clean shark.
  6. Mash the shark as well as you can now.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Heat oil in a wok.
  9. Add ginger and garlic.
  10. Stir-fry until the raw smell of both is gone.
  11. Toss in the onions now.
  12. Stir-fry until they turn brown.
  13. Add curry leaves and green chillies.
  14. Lower flame and saute for 2 minutes.
  15. Add turmeric, red chilli and black pepper powders, followed by salt, mixing well as you do so.
  16. Now add the mashed shark to this mixture.
  17. Mix well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  18. Remove from flame.
  19. Garnish with corriander leaves.
  20. Serve with steamed rice and a fish curry by the side.
  21. Enjoy!
