Ingredients:

  • 2 seeded (don'tsp have to) and diced large tomatoes
  • 1/2 small sweet onion
  • 2 tbsp.of freshly squezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp. of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp.of chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. of black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. of salt

Directions:

  1. First combine all the ingredients.
  2. Let this chill for 2 hours before serving with chips.
  3. Note: The cilantro makes this dish!
