Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup red lentil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Stir fry lentils, onions and spices in a non-stick frying pan for 2 minutes.
  2. Add water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
