Spicy Honey Dijon Mustard Wings

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the shortening to 350ºF in a deep fryer or cast iron pot.
  2. There should be enough shortening to cover wings completely.
  3. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture and drop into heated shortening.
  4. Cook 10-12 minutes.
  5. When cooked, remove wings and drain.
  6. Mix honey, mustard and hot sauce together.
  7. Toss the wings in the hot sauce recipe.
  8. Serve immediately with ranch dip dressing.
