Spicy Ginger Chu-Hi

Ingredients:

  • 2 level bar spoons sugar
  • 2 -oz shochu juice (usually found in concentrate form, dilute first)
  • 1/2 -oz raspberry flavored rum (recommended: bacardi razz)
  • 1 - oz guava juice
  • 1/2 - oz lime juice

Directions:

  1. In a mortar and pestle muddle together the ginger and sugar. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice along with the shochu, raspberry flavored rum, guava and lime juices.
  2. Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of ginger.
