Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse and drain all beans and add to large mixing bowl.
  2. Use potato masher to mash up beans to good consistency for shaping (add 1 tea spoon of olive oil if desired).
  3. Add finely chopped peppers and celery.
  4. Add spices if desired. (chilli, paprika, salt, pepper etc)
  5. Put flour on work top and hands and roll out balls of the mixture to desired size.
  6. Flatten balls and pop in non stick frying pan with NO oil. Cook until hot and solid whilst turning now and again to avoid burning.
  7. Serve alone or as an alternative to hamburgers. YUM YUM!
