Ingredients:

  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cut oranges into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Remove seeds.
  3. Mix flour, crumbs, sugar, and allspice.
  4. Dip oranges into mixture.
  5. Coat evenly.
  6. Brown on both sides in butter.
