Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups coffee
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream , whipped
  • brown sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place spices into a saucepan.
  2. Pour coffee over spices and simer over low heat for roughly 5 minutes.
  3. Strain into cups and top with whipped cream.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinammon.
  5. Sweeten with brown sugar if desired.
