Speedy Enchilada Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can corn
  • 20 oz refigerated taco sauce and ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Spray square dish with Pam
  3. In medium bowl combine tomatoes, corn, and enchilada sauce
  4. Layer 1/2 taco sauce with beef, 1 1/2 c chips, 1/2 c cheese, 1/2 corn, top with 1/2 taco sauce with beef, 1 1/2 c chips, 1/2 corn, 1/2 c cheese
  5. Sprinkle with 1 c cheese and 1 c green onion. Angle rest of chips around edge.
  6. Bake for 35-40 min
