Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season chicken, cube and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Set aside and keep warm.
  3. Cook your diced bacon until crisp~drain and set aside.
  4. If you have enough stove top space have a pan with your onion in a little olive oil sauteing while bacon and chicken are cooking.
  5. Cream butter till light and fluffy.
  6. Slowly, bit by bit, add cream.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Add parmesan cheese, bit by bit, until fully mixed inches.
  9. Add salt and pepper.
  10. Set aside.
  11. Bring water to boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  12. Drain.
  13. Add pasta to bowl of cheese,cream and butter mixture.
  14. Toss well.
  15. Add the chicken,sauteed onion and the cooked bacon.
  16. Toss and top with grated parmesan and fesh cracked black pepper.
