Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice 6 pitas in half to make 12 pockets.
  2. Cut spam lengthways into 12 slices.
  3. Place 2 slices of salami into pockets , opened.
  4. Place 1 slice of spam into salami.
  5. Top meat with about 2 tablespoons of cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of cracked pepper & oregano.
  7. Place thin slices of onion on top of cheese.
  8. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil over onion.
  9. In a stand-up position, loosely place pockets in a meatloaf pan. ( do not pack too tightly.).
  10. Bake at 350 deg. for about 20-25 minuets.
