Spaghetti With Garlic, Hot Pepper And Parsley

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti and drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet along with the garlic, hot pepper flakes and salt.
  3. When the garlic just starts to change color add the chicken broth.
  4. Cook the broth for about 5 minutes, or until it is reduced by half.
  5. Stir in the cooked spaghetti, parsley and cheese.
  6. Toss the spaghetti until thoroughly coated.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
