Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut spaghetti squash in quarters and clean it from seeds
  2. Steam it or bake it until tender, and scrape the inside (spaghetti-like strands should form)
  3. In the meantime - prepare the sauce - in a sauce pan sautee a clove of garlic you chopped thinly with a teaspoon of olive oil.
  4. When garlic is soft, add all the remaining ingredients, except for parmesan
  5. If you are steaming the squash, you can ladle 1/4 cup of the steaming water to the sauce, to make it more substantial.
  6. When the sauce is done, mix the spaghetti squash with it and add the parmesan on top.
  7. Enjoy!
