Spaghetti Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (46 oz) can tomato juice
  • 2 (16 oz) cans of traditional refried beans
  • 2 (1 1/4 oz) packets chili seasoning mix (i like it spicer so i use 2 package so depends on your tastebuds)

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain burger.
  2. Add seasoning to burger according to seasoning pkg directions.
  3. Cook and drain spaghetti according to spaghetti package directions.
  4. Return spaghetti to pot and add the tomato juice all of it.
  5. Add the burger and both cans of refried beans.
  6. Boil the mixture until it is very well mixed and is thickened.
  7. Remove from stovetop and enjoy.
  8. This freezes well and reheats in the microwave easily for you on the go moms.
  9. It also refrigerates well.
  10. I like it best the day after. Yummy.
