Soyabean Dumplings In Tomato Sauce- Very Nutritious!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To begin making this excellent very healthy and nutritious dish, first take a big bowl.
  2. Put into this bowl, all the ingredients mentioned under'soyabean dumplings' (except oil).
  3. Mix well, using your hands.
  4. Make small round balls out of this mixture.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. Now begin preparing the tomato sauce.
  7. For this, put oil in a pan.
  8. Add ajwain seeds and allow to splutter.
  9. Once they begin to splutter, add remaining ingredients (except cilantro).
  10. Stir well.
  11. Allow it to come to a boil.
  12. Lower heat, and allow it to simmer for a few minutes and then gradually slightly increase heat so as to let it come to a final boil.
  13. Put the dumplings made earlier into this.
  14. Coat dumplings well in tomato sauce prepared here.
  15. Dress with an elegant dash of cilantro and serve immediately with hot rotis!
