  1. In large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, cilantro, milk, lime juice, jalapenos and salt.
  2. Add pasta, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, zucchini and green onions.
  3. Toss to coat well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Chill.
